After carefully testing the scale's reliability, multiple regression was used to test the hypotheses. Path analysis was employed for statistical analysis. The research findings indicate that the relationships between self-efficacy and OCB, self-efficacy and knowledge sharing, and job satisfaction and knowledge sharing are significant, as is the relationship between OCB and knowledge sharing. However, the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB is not significant.
